About this role

K Group Companies seeks an Automation Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation systems for internal operations and client engagements. You'll build production-grade solutions using n8n, Python, and LLM integrations, while supporting the company's AI adoption and enablement initiatives across teams.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain AI automation workflows using n8n, Python, APIs (ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
  • Lead client delivery engagements from discovery through optimization, translating business requirements into working systems
  • Develop multi-stage AI classification pipelines, compliance review processes, and monitoring tools with configurable confidence thresholds
  • Create reusable delivery frameworks, templates, and documentation to scale consulting engagements
  • Support internal AI adoption by building training materials, playbooks, and tools for non-technical staff
  • Track and report on AI adoption metrics tied to measurable business outcomes
