GTM Engineer
About this role
Render is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and scale revenue operations infrastructure for a rapidly growing cloud platform company. You'll design forecasting models, measurement systems, and sales processes while managing cross-functional GTM integration as the organization scales from product-led to enterprise sales motions.
What you'll do
- Build weekly forecast processes, pipeline hygiene frameworks, and CRM data integrity standards
- Create real-time metrics dashboards tracking pipeline health, win rates, and sales productivity
- Scale outbound sales using Clay, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools to increase rep output
- Define and execute strategic revenue operations priorities and execution plans
- Partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Product to integrate PLG and sales-led growth engines
- Establish stage-appropriate operational structures that support rapid scaling
