This hands-on role combines client delivery support with internal enablement, requiring someone comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and self-directed problem-solving in a family-owned integrator environment.

What you'll do

  • Design and build automation workflows using n8n, APIs, and webhooks across business platforms
  • Develop AI-assisted pipelines for document processing, classification, and data transformation
  • Connect disparate systems (CRMs, ticketing, ERPs, communication tools) to create integrated solutions
  • Assist with client delivery engagements and participate in discovery sessions as a technical contributor
  • Build dashboards and front-end tools to surface automation outputs to non-technical users
  • Document workflows, integration maps, and configurations to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer
