What you'll do
- Own and enhance integration and E2E testing frameworks for backend and frontend stacks, ensuring speed and reliability
- Optimize CI/CD test execution and feedback loops to provide engineers rapid clarity on code readiness
- Define and implement repository standards for unit testing and code quality measurement across the organization
- Develop tooling for data mocking, service isolation, and coverage identification to support complex testing scenarios
- Explore and implement AI-powered solutions for automated regression detection, flaky test analysis, and intelligent test generation
- Monitor test suite and CI pipeline health, collaborating with feature teams to troubleshoot gaps and improve overall safety
