Lasko Products seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to design, program, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment and PLC-based control systems. This hands-on role spans the full project lifecycle from concept through production support, requiring strong expertise in industrial automation, electrical controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop PLC programs and machine control systems from conception through commissioning
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions
  • Design, fabricate, and install electrical and electronic control systems for existing and new equipment
  • Build control cabinets, HMI panels, and perform wiring and light mechanical fabrication
  • Program and troubleshoot FANUC robotics, vision systems, and end-of-arm tooling
  • Support manufacturing data-acquisition systems and develop operational dashboards
