About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing AI infrastructure company as a Forward Deployed Engineer, working directly with strategic enterprise accounts to guide them through platform deployment and adoption. What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and deployment for enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customer accounts.
  • Design scalable and secure workflows across various cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Translate customer needs into concrete technical architecture.
  • Develop and implement post-sales deployment processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to relay field learnings and shape the product roadmap.
