Legal Engineer, Asset Management & Private Equity
About this role
Legora seeks a Legal Engineer to bridge product and clients in asset management and private equity, acting as a solutions architect, trusted advisor, and voice of the customer. You'll help sophisticated asset managers and law firms maximize the AI-native legal platform, from pilots through firm-wide adoption, while shaping product direction based on real-world fund and compliance workflows.
What you'll do
- Partner with general counsel, compliance officers, and fund formation leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption across strategies and jurisdictions
- Lead pilots, onboarding, and training across legal, compliance, and operations teams at asset managers and law firms
- Deliver product demos and training to diverse audiences—from GCs to deal teams to compliance functions
- Serve as the voice of asset management users internally, translating client insights into product priorities and roadmap direction
- Document best practices and develop scalable playbooks for fund formation, diligence, and compliance workflows
- Help clients navigate AI adoption, ROI evaluation, and competitive positioning in asset management
