Legal Engineer - In-House

About this role

Legora seeks a Legal Engineer to work with in-house legal teams, helping them maximize the value of the AI-powered legal platform. This hybrid role combines legal operations expertise, product knowledge, and client relationship management to drive adoption and inform product development based on real legal team needs.

What you'll do

• Partner with General Counsels and legal operations leaders to identify high-value opportunities and address pain points in their use of Legora
• Own client relationships across pilots, onboarding, and department-wide adoption with cross-functional go-to-market and success teams
• Advocate for in-house legal users internally by sharing insights that inform product roadmap and strategic priorities
• Deliver product demos and training to diverse audiences from GCs to regional legal teams
• Document best practices from leading legal departments and develop scalable playbooks for global growth
• Guide in-house teams through AI adoption, explaining ROI, efficiency gains, and functional impacts across contract management and compliance
