About this role

Hi! We are Chapters.

Chapters is a multi-product tech company that spots big consumer problems and builds products that become part of everyday life for millions. Our goal is to build one of the world’s leading consumer tech companies, and the next generation of leaders who’ll build global businesses.

We are looking for a Business Associate to join our team and help turn data into strategic decisions that drive growth and margin directly alongside our founders and leadership team

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Work directly with founders and top management, translating data into strategic decisions that move the P&L, not just slide decks

  • Own the full analytics lifecycle — from raw data to business recommendation — using internal metrics and external benchmarks to identify growth levers and margin opportunities

  • Independently identify and launch initiatives that improve efficiency, unit economics, and profitability

  • Conduct systematic competitive and market analysis to uncover new growth and monetization opportunities

  • Build business cases and analytical frameworks that directly shape strategic decisions — and take ownership of seeing them through

  • Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, measuring progress against concrete business and margin outcomes

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or corporate finance

  • Strong analytical skills: experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and preparing data-driven recommendations

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, and improving the efficiency of analytical work

  • Genuine interest in seeing the big picture — working across multiple cross-functional contexts and understanding how every part of the business operates and connects

  • High ownership, high standards, and a track record of delivering high-quality results — holding yourself and others to that same bar

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience independently managing strategic projects end-to-end — from problem definition to implementation (full ownership)

  • Experience in Investor Relations, preparing investor materials, or supporting investment transactions (M&A, fundraising)

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools

What Will You Enjoy Most About Being at Chapters?

  • Culture of Curiosity: no playbook? Good. We dig deeper until we find what actually moves the business.

  • Growth through Impact: ready for more? Take it. The value you bring defines how far you go, from your first role to launching and leading a new product.

  • Trust and Ownership: the freedom to act and make decisions, with full ownership of the outcome.

  • Expert Community: level up faster, working with global partners and people who raise the bar.

  • Sport & Clubs: sport sections and professional clubs for sharing expertise, so there’s always a place to recharge and grow.

  • Space for Ambition: offices in Kyiv, Lviv and Warsaw, built to keep your energy and focus high.

  • Support During the War: we provide conditions for stable work and contribute to Ukraine’s recovery together.

Ready for Your Next Chapter?

If ambitious goals spark your curiosity, you’ll fit right in. Bring your drive, and let’s see how far it takes you.
