Loadsmart is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the gap between AI-driven automation and real-world business needs. This role involves directly collaborating with client teams, building integrations with existing systems, and rapidly deploying working solutions to optimize logistics workflows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in both technical and non-technical settings, able to troubleshoot in front of stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Loadsmart platform.
What you'll do
- Shadow client teams to identify and prioritize operational pain points.
- Design and build automation and AI solutions integrating with TMS, WMS, and ERP platforms.
- Rapidly prototype and ship working software, such as automated check calls or carrier onboarding flows.
- Tune AI agent behavior based on real production data and user feedback.
- Identify and address security and compliance requirements early in projects.
