About this role

Locus Robotics seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to manage their Array autonomous picking system at a Louisville customer site. You'll ensure operational success, troubleshoot robots, validate system performance, and bridge customer operations with internal product and engineering teams during Array's evolution from Alpha to General Availability.

What you'll do

  • Own onsite Array system performance, monitoring robot activity, task execution, and operational stability
  • Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite to maintain uptime and resolve system issues
  • Optimize workflows and track KPIs like throughput, UPH, and utilization rates
  • Conduct onsite testing and validation to support product development and continuous improvement
  • Analyze operational data and provide structured feedback on system performance and edge cases
  • Serve as liaison between customer operations and internal teams, communicating issues and opportunities
