Locus Robotics seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to manage and maintain autonomous robot fleets at a customer site in Southaven, MS. You'll monitor system health, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, optimize workflows, and serve as the primary liaison between customer operations and internal teams to ensure peak performance and uptime.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and maintain robotic fleet health, activity, task execution, and workflows to maximize uptime and operational stability
  • Perform onsite troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of robots and systems
  • Optimize workflows and track operational KPIs including throughput, UPH, and utilization metrics
  • Conduct onsite testing and validation to support product development and continuous improvement
  • Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights for performance enhancement
  • Act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams; develop standard operating procedures and best practices
