About this role

Locus Robotics seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to manage day-to-day operations of their Array autonomous picking system at a customer site in Louisville, KY. You'll monitor system performance, troubleshoot robots, validate product functionality, and bridge communications between customer operations and internal teams while supporting the product's evolution from alpha to general availability.

What you'll do

  • Own onsite Array system performance, stability, and daily operational success
  • Monitor robot activity, task execution, and workflow management; troubleshoot and repair robots as needed
  • Optimize workflows and track KPIs including throughput, UPH, and utilization rates
  • Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development
  • Gather structured feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases for the product team
  • Act as liaison between customer operations, Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
