About this role
Join Loft Orbital as a founding engineer building the marketplace platform for space-based AI applications. You'll develop and scale the system that enables partners to publish, deploy, and monetize AI solutions running on satellites, working directly with leadership in a small, fast-moving team.
What you'll do
- Design and develop marketplace features end-to-end from MVP to production scale
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketplace on product strategy and technical implementation
- Ship features weekly and iterate based on partner feedback
- Build infrastructure to support partner onboarding, deployment, and monetization
- Maintain code quality and system reliability as the platform scales
- Contribute to architectural decisions for a space-based software platform
