Lucid Motors seeks a Hardware Engineer to develop diagnostic and service tools for electric vehicles, collaborating across engineering teams to translate complex vehicle systems into practical field solutions. You'll shepherd projects from prototype through production while supporting the company's commitment to innovation in automotive diagnostics and vehicle servicing.
What you'll do
- Design, prototype, and validate service tools in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
- Partner with vendors and suppliers to transition prototypes into production-ready service equipment
- Develop and review diagnostic workflows, fault trees, and troubleshooting procedures for vehicle systems
- Conduct independent testing, root cause analysis, and validation of diagnostic solutions
- Support field operations and service centers with implementation, training, and technical guidance
- Drive projects from concept to completion within fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
