About this role

Lucid is hiring a Homologation Engineer to support chassis, dynamics, and ADAS certification and compliance across global markets. You'll interpret regulatory requirements, conduct testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure vehicles meet safety standards before production.

What you'll do

  • Interpret and document regulatory requirements for global markets and cascade to engineering teams
  • Create and maintain regulatory application documents for different markets
  • Conduct and support in-house and third-party testing for vehicle systems and compliance
  • Engage in technical discussions with regulatory authorities and internal engineering teams on chassis and ADAS systems
  • Support Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and SOTIF (ISO 21448) compliance activities
  • Track regulatory changes and assist manufacturing with labeling, certificates of conformance, and homologation updates
