Lumos seeks an OSP Construction Project Engineer to oversee fiber network expansion in the Port Arthur, TX area.   • Oversee multiple OSP fiber construction projects from readiness through closeout

  • Track production, schedules, costs, and risks while providing stakeholder updates
  • Coordinate permitting, materials, utilities, and municipal dependencies
  • Resolve field obstacles and community concerns with sound judgment
