Lyft seeks a Backend Software Engineer for its Airports team to build mission-critical systems that enhance the airport experience for drivers and riders. You'll own high-impact features end-to-end, collaborate across teams, and manage real-time integrations with airport operations.

What you'll do

  • Design and execute high-impact features from concept through launch
  • Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and conduct code reviews
  • Participate in on-call rotation to identify, debug, and resolve production issues
  • Manage project priorities and explain technical trade-offs in decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with airport operations and other Lyft teams
  • Enhance system reliability and user experience for airport journeys
