IT Support Engineer
About this role
Lynk Global seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to staff at their Chevy Chase, MD office. The role combines end-user support, systems administration, hardware provisioning, and asset management in a hybrid environment, with ITAR compliance required.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary technical support contact for end-user issues
- Provision and configure hardware including laptops, printers, and phones
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and ESET systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications
- Manage hardware procurement and maintain accurate IT asset inventory
- Provide user training and documentation of IT processes

- MDM platform experience (ManageEngine, Intune, or similar)
- Hardware troubleshooting and repair
