Lynk Global seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to staff at their Chevy Chase, MD office. The role combines end-user support, systems administration, hardware provisioning, and asset management in a hybrid environment, with ITAR compliance required.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary technical support contact for end-user issues
  • Provision and configure hardware including laptops, printers, and phones
  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and ESET systems
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications
  • Manage hardware procurement and maintain accurate IT asset inventory
  • Provide user training and documentation of IT processes
