About this role

Snowflake seeks a Staff Software Engineer to build AI-first developer infrastructure and tooling for Snowsight, the unified user experience platform. You'll design scalable systems that enhance developer productivity, improve platform reliability, and drive agentic development workflows across enterprise-grade infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Design and build AI-first platforms and tools to enhance developer experience for Snowsight
  • Drive strategy to improve agentic development workflows and infrastructure supporting 10x productivity gains
  • Improve platform reliability through observability, alerting, SLOs, and automated remediation
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams on end-to-end solutions
  • Own the serving layer, CI pipelines, testing platforms, and monitoring stacks for Snowsight
  • Contribute to engineering processes, tooling standards, and mentor junior engineers
