About this role
Mesh seeks a Senior Full Stack Web3 Engineer to design and operate production-grade cryptocurrency payment systems, bridging tokenized assets with everyday commerce. You'll own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and smart contracts while mentoring teammates and shaping technical direction.
What you'll do
- Design and build production Web3 systems handling wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration at scale
- Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components based on your strengths
- Lead complex workflow implementation involving blockchain interactions and distributed systems
- Collaborate with product, design, and external partners to translate requirements into robust solutions
- Enhance system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain infrastructure
- Mentor engineers, review architecture, and drive technical initiatives across teams

- TypeScript, React, Redux (modern frontend frameworks)
- Backend services and APIs (Node.js, Go, C#, Java, or similar)
- Solidity and smart contract development
- Web3 building blocks: wallet connectivity, dApp development, blockchain RPCs, indexing
- DeFi primitives and real-world payment settlement flows
- Distributed systems design with monitoring, logging, and observability
- Transaction lifecycle and Web3 security best practices
- Solana Anchor programs and SVM smart contracts (bonus)
