About this role
M7 Health is seeking a Software Engineer, Integrations to build and maintain integrations connecting their AI-powered workforce platform to health systems' core platforms like UKG and Workday. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy and reliability to power M7's forecasting and scheduling capabilities. You'll be involved in writing production code, designing data pipelines, and collaborating with product and activation teams to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.
What you'll do
- Build and extend existing integrations with time and attendance/HRIS systems.
- Design and implement data transformation and reconciliation logic.
- Ensure pipeline resilience and correctness across various source systems.
- Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and incident response for production systems.
- Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies, addressing root causes.
- Partner with product and activations teams throughout the integration lifecycle.
