  • Standardize tooling across production jobs and CNC machines to reduce variation and improve repeatability
  • Build tool assemblies for milling, turning, drilling, boring, threading, and specialty operations
  • Define tooling standards for holders, shrink-fit assemblies, gauge length, runout, balance, and inspection requirements
  • Coordinate with smart cabinet and vending systems to maintain inventory visibility and consumption tracking
  • Analyze tool wear, failure modes, and usage data to reduce cost-per-part and improve tool life

What they're looking for

  • CNC machining and tooling selection expertise
  • Manufacturing engineering and process optimization
  • CAM platform integration and data management
  • Tool assembly and holder standardization
  • Inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Root-cause analysis for production issues
  • RFID, barcode, or tool-identification system implementation
  • Materials knowledge (aluminum, steels, stainless, titanium, nickel alloys)

Benefits
