About this role
Machina Labs seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop CAM programs and manufacturing procedures for intelligent, software-defined metal forming factories. You'll optimize robotic production cells using lean methodologies, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement to accelerate product delivery from prototype to production.
What you'll do
- Create CAM programs and internal manufacturing procedures for production
- Operate and oversee Robocraftsman robotic cells
- Identify system limitations and recommend hardware/software improvements
- Test and validate equipment upgrades
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with Robotic Process Engineering and Production Technicians
