About this role
Mariana Minerals seeks an Analytical Applications Engineer to optimize and advance analytical capabilities across multiple laboratory sites. You'll lead method development, instrument implementation, troubleshooting, and training while supporting the company's critical minerals supply chain mission.
What you'll do
- Support and optimize analytical methodologies across multiple laboratory sites
- Troubleshoot analytical techniques, data quality issues, and method performance problems
- Lead implementation of new instrumentation such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and atomic absorption systems
- Develop, validate, and standardize analytical methods and standard operating procedures
- Train laboratory personnel on instrumentation, analytical techniques, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analytical efficiency and data reliability
