What you'll do

  • Design and oversee hydraulic analyses, drainage systems, and erosion control plans for transportation infrastructure projects
  • Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permitting applications for public bid and private development projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams and manage subconsultants to integrate geomatics, water resources, and civil design
  • Conduct field reviews and participate in design advancement from feasibility through bidding and construction support
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control compliance; supervise and mentor junior engineering staff
  • Support business development through proposal preparation, client relationship building, and industry conference participation
