Title: Account Manager, Supply Partnerships

Location: LA or Bellevue

Role Overview
MediaAlpha is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Supply Partnerships team. You’ll onboard new publishers, manage a book of small to mid-size accounts, and use our proprietary supply-side platform to optimize partner performance. You’ll also help maintain the process documentation that keeps our team running smoothly.

This role is a great fit if you deliver high-quality work, pride yourself on exceptional organization skills, and thrive in a client-service environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new publishing partners and manage day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of 50+ small to mid-size accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s revenue model and technical setup so you can monitor performance, recommend solutions, and optimize partnership revenue.
  • Prioritize account activities based on partner needs, industry trends, revenue potential, and our account management best practices.
  • Build and maintain reports for internal users and external clients.
  • Provide account management support for all new product initiatives and recommend new platform features based on publisher, internal feedback, and internal requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and QA technical issues, and clearly communicate problems to our technology teams.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with all team members.
  • Resolve partner issues efficiently and proactively.
  • Assist in achieving publisher retention and team revenue goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of account or client management experience in online advertising.
  • Experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
  • Ability to present data clearly to internal and external audiences.
  • Technical aptitude and comfort learning new platforms and troubleshooting problems.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong client-service orientation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, especially in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, positive approach to working with others.
  • A growth mindset: eagerness to learn, drive to improve, and comfort learning from mistakes.
  • Curiosity and AI aptitude: a strong desire to explore emerging technologies, use AI-driven tools, and keep learning to improve operational workflows and partner performance.

We are excited to offer a competitive base pay range of $65,000 to $97,000 per year for this position, based on experience and qualifications. But that's not all - as a valued member of our team, you will also have access to an array of top-notch benefits, including:
