About this role
Mercor seeks a Delivery Engineer to own end-to-end execution of AI data product deliveries, translating customer requirements into operational plans while ensuring quality and timeliness. You'll coordinate across engineering, operations, and commercial teams to resolve technical and operational challenges in large-scale data pipeline execution.
What you'll do
- Own delivery execution from customer requirements through quality validation and on-time completion
- Investigate technical and operational issues independently using queries, scripts, and data pipeline analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, research, commercial) with competing priorities
- Translate customer needs into technical execution plans and identify risks proactively
- Validate data quality and resolve discrepancies before customer handoff
- Communicate status and blockers clearly to technical, business, and customer stakeholders
