GTM Engineer
About this role
Mercor seeks its first GTM Engineer to build the systems powering customer acquisition, onboarding, and expansion. You'll design go-to-market infrastructure, deploy AI agents across sales and operations workflows, and ship internal products that accelerate revenue teams—blending engineering excellence with product instinct and business acumen.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy GTM infrastructure including marketing tooling, CRM systems, customer onboarding, and internal workflows
- Build AI agents to automate lead qualification, customer research, outbound personalization, proposal generation, and operational tasks
- Integrate APIs and event-driven workflows across the GTM stack, ensuring reliable production systems for customer-facing teams
- Create internal applications and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline, conversion, and operational metrics
- Identify high-leverage AI opportunities across sales, customer success, and operations; rapidly prototype and scale successful experiments
- Own data quality, establish engineering best practices, and eliminate operational bottlenecks as the business scales
