About this role

Mind Robotics seeks a Supplier Industrialization Engineer to build their industrialization function from the ground up. You'll own the process of transitioning electronics and tactile sensing components from prototype to high-volume production, working closely with suppliers and engineering teams. What you'll do

  • Define the supplier industrialization playbook and qualification processes.
  • Manage industrialization end-to-end for PCBAs and sensor components.
  • Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews with engineering teams.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on their technical capabilities.
  • Travel to supplier sites to validate processes and resolve issues.
  • Lead new product introductions at supplier facilities.
