About this role

Minitab seeks a Software Quality Engineer to drive testing and quality assurance for its manufacturing analytics platform. You'll design and execute test plans, build automated testing frameworks, and collaborate with development teams to ensure product excellence while growing your technical expertise.

What you'll do

  • Design and execute test plans using white-box and black-box strategies for new features and components
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and utilities
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and documentation assessments
  • Conduct user-view testing and statistical verification of product functionality
  • Build and expand technical knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and the product domain
  • Contribute to small development projects with increasing responsibility as skills grow
