Mode.Inc is seeking a DevOps/Network Engineer to own and improve the infrastructure supporting their VPN product. This role involves stabilizing, automating, and evolving a globally distributed VPN network across multiple cloud providers, emphasizing reliability, security, and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will inherit a live production environment and utilize agentic AI tools to enhance infrastructure development and operations.
What you'll do
- Operate and evolve a globally distributed VPN network.
- Automate manual processes and improve infrastructure reliability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance.
- Utilize agentic AI tools to accelerate infrastructure tasks.
