About this role
MongoDB is hiring a Software Engineer 3 to build and secure MongoDB Atlas, a multi-cloud database platform. You'll develop backend systems for cloud integrations, lead feature launches, and work on security, networking, and encryption systems serving enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Design and build new features for MongoDB Atlas across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Lead complex technical projects from conception through production maintenance
- Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to solve customer issues
- Develop large-scale distributed backend systems and full-stack components
- Mentor team members and establish best practices and design principles
- Participate in on-call rotation supporting production services
