About this role

Muon Space seeks an IT Support Engineer to serve as the primary help desk contact for their San Jose office, handling hardware setup, software deployment, identity management, and network troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments. You'll administer Okta and Google Workspace, maintain IT assets, and collaborate with Security Engineering on endpoint protection and access controls.

What you'll do

  • Triage and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues as primary help desk contact
  • Configure and deploy new user workstations across macOS, Windows, and Linux with security tooling
  • Administer Okta for user provisioning, MFA enrollment, and access management
  • Manage Google Workspace accounts, groups, and organizational policies
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate procurement, and create technical documentation
