About this role
Neo4j seeks a Consulting Engineer to partner with enterprise customers on graph database implementations from design through production deployment. You'll architect graph solutions, design data models, and serve as a technical advisor while helping customers adopt best practices for graph technologies, AI integration, and modern data architectures.
What you'll do
- Lead Neo4j implementations across the full project lifecycle from initial design through production rollout
- Design and implement graph data models optimized for complex relationships and high-performance querying
- Serve as technical subject matter expert providing hands-on guidance on Neo4j adoption and best practices
- Architect solutions integrating Neo4j with modern AI frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex for RAG and advanced analytics
- Advise on data engineering patterns for optimizing data ingestion into Neo4j
- Collaborate with customer engineering, AI, and data teams to translate technical requirements into production solutions
