About this role

Neros seeks a Project Engineer to manage technical execution of defense drone programs from development through production. You'll translate customer requirements into engineering deliverables, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure contractual compliance while maintaining the startup speed that defines the company's culture.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical execution of customer contract requirements and Statements of Work
  • Develop and manage engineering documentation, CDRLs, compliance matrices, and technical reports
  • Plan and execute system verification, validation, qualification, and production readiness testing
  • Manage engineering change proposals, configuration updates, and technical deviations
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination across mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Support customer technical meetings, design reviews, and compliance audits
