You'll work end-to-end across edge devices, cloud infrastructure, and user-facing dashboards—owning problems from conception through customer delivery in a fast-moving founding team.

- Develop operations dashboards with real-time event feeds, alerts, video clips, and risk summaries
- Create compliance analytics and reporting tools for safety and operational record-keeping
- Build agentic/orchestration layers for alert triage, auto-coaching, and data summarization
- Engage directly with customers to iterate rapidly, run pilots, and instrument usage across deployments
What they're looking for
- Full-stack systems thinking across edge devices, cloud platforms, and user interfaces
- Cloud infrastructure and AWS (containerization, CI/CD, monitoring)
- Backend development (real-time event streaming, multi-tenancy, identity/access control)
- Frontend/product development (dashboards, analytics UX, compliance reporting)
- AI/agentic systems and orchestration
- DevOps and infrastructure automation
