Join Nextdoor's Local Conversations team as a Fullstack Engineer to build product experiences that drive neighborhood engagement through rewards and incentives. You'll work across React frontends and Python/Django backends in a collaborative, agile environment that emphasizes code quality and AI-assisted development.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship full-stack features using React and Python/Django across two product areas
  • Participate in entity-relationship modeling, solution architecture, implementation, and testing
  • Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams on technical approaches
  • Contribute to code quality and participate in team operating practices including on-call rotations
  • Take ownership of projects with increasing independence and contribute product perspective
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve development workflows
