About this role

Join Nextdoor's Local Conversations team as a Fullstack Engineer to build product experiences that encourage community participation. You'll work across React frontends and Python/Django backends in a hands-on role that spans entity modeling, architecture, and implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship high-quality web experiences using React for the frontend
  • Develop server-side applications with Python/Django
  • Contribute to entity-relationship modeling and solution architecture
  • Implement, test, and iterate on features across the full stack
  • Participate in on-call shadow rotation after onboarding
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teammates on product areas
