About this role
Olsson seeks an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to support site design projects across mixed-use, commercial, and residential developments. You'll create CAD drawings, assist with project schedules, conduct research, and contribute to technical reports under supervision while gaining experience in design software and engineering practices.
What you'll do
- Produce entry-level plan drawings and CAD drafting for engineering projects
- Assist senior staff with project schedules and technical engineering calculations
- Gather and prepare research for technical report assembly
- Instruct drafters on design drawing creation and provide guidance
- Travel to job sites to observe construction and various terrain conditions
- Mentor student interns by answering questions on routine assignments
