About this role
Lead mechanical engineering projects for large-scale data center and infrastructure clients as a technical expert and team leader. You'll manage complex designs from concept to completion, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for mission-critical facilities.
What you'll do
- Lead delivery of complex mechanical design projects for data centers and utility systems, ensuring technical excellence and performance
- Perform advanced engineering calculations and oversee technical documentation across all project deliverables
- Provide technical direction to project teams and guide decisions across multiple engineering disciplines
- Mentor and develop junior engineers while establishing best practices and elevating team technical capability
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet high-demand environment requirements
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions throughout project lifecycle
