About this role

Olsson seeks a Mechanical Piping Engineer to design and deliver complex piping systems for mission-critical data centers and secure facilities. You'll perform stress analysis, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and develop innovative engineering solutions in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead engineering projects from design through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and alignment with project goals
  • Perform design calculations, pipe stress analysis, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation
  • Select pipe support components and prepare stress analysis reports using industry tools
  • Coordinate designs across multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, and security professionals
  • Communicate project progress and changes with clients and internal teams
  • Identify process improvements and champion innovative engineering solutions
