About this role

OnePay seeks an Analytics Engineer to build and maintain production dbt models on Databricks, establishing trusted data foundations for the business. You'll own data quality, semantic metrics, and dashboards while leveraging AI coding tools daily in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What you'll do

  • Design and build production dbt models on Databricks serving as the source of truth for business analytics
  • Implement data quality frameworks including testing, CI/CD pipelines, documentation, and team standards
  • Create and maintain Databricks BI dashboards and self-service semantic metrics across the organization
  • Partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders to transform business problems into durable data products
  • Support external reporting with accurate, governed data for stakeholders and partners
  • Drive AI-native development workflows using Cursor/Claude for modeling and documentation design
