About this role
OneTrust seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join its R&D team in Atlanta, working on mission-critical applications for the AI-Ready Governance Platform. You'll design and maintain highly available systems, build observability tools, and collaborate across teams to improve platform performance and reliability.
What you'll do
- Design, deliver, and maintain highly available and performant application platforms
- Build and implement observability and monitoring tools to enhance customer experience
- Automate processes and eliminate operational toil through code improvements and alert tuning
- Define, implement, and maintain SLIs and SLOs aligned with customer needs
- Evaluate emerging tools and techniques to identify valuable innovations
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to resolve gaps and issues
