Join OpenAI's founding Legal engineering team to build AI-powered products that transform legal workflows. As a full-stack engineer, you'll own projects end-to-end—from prototyping through production—while working closely with product, design, and customers to deliver impactful solutions leveraging OpenAI's models.

What you'll do

• Build and ship full-stack products using OpenAI models to solve legal workflow challenges
• Own projects end-to-end from prototype through production deployment and iteration
• Design intuitive user experiences across frontend and backend systems
• Partner with product, design, research, and customers to identify opportunities and shape product direction
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with new AI capabilities based on real-world feedback
• Establish engineering culture, technical standards, and product practices as an early team member
