About this role
OpenAI seeks a Partner Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between advertisers and the ads platform, guiding clients through pre-sales discovery, implementation, and scaling. You'll combine sales expertise with deep technical knowledge of adtech systems, measurement, integrations, and data activation to unlock revenue growth and shape product strategy.
What you'll do
- Provide technical expertise during sales cycles to unblock deals and accelerate advertiser adoption
- Conduct technical discovery to understand client data flows, martech stacks, and measurement requirements
- Design implementation strategies for pixels, APIs, server-to-server integrations, identity solutions, and attribution frameworks
- Guide advertisers through onboarding, launch readiness, and troubleshoot tracking and measurement issues
- Build demos, proofs of concept, and technical documentation that scale advertiser success globally
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities
