About this role

OpenAI seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between advertisers and the Ads Solutions platform. You'll guide clients through discovery, implementation, and scaling of advertising solutions while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive revenue growth and platform integrity.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical expertise during sales cycles to unlock new business and accelerate deal closure
  • Conduct technical discovery to understand advertiser data flows, martech stacks, and measurement requirements
  • Design and recommend implementation approaches for pixels, APIs, integrations, identity solutions, and measurement frameworks
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking, signal quality, delivery, and measurement performance
  • Build demos, proofs of concept, and technical narratives that demonstrate platform value
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and best practices to scale advertiser adoption globally
