This role focuses on practical implementation and scaling of agent capabilities, working closely with founders and designers to translate user needs into reliable, production-ready systems. What you'll do

  • Build and extend the agent harness (tool use, context management, planning).
  • Develop and maintain MCP servers and CLI tooling.
  • Author reusable Agent Skills and structured workflows.
  • Contribute to evaluation frameworks and observability.
  • Ship production frontend experiences using React/Next.js.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and GTM to translate user needs.
