About this role

OpenEvidence, a $12B medical AI platform used by over 40% of US clinicians, is seeking a fullstack engineer to build end-to-end features for their rapidly scaling platform. You'll own complete projects from concept to impact, working autonomously with a 30-person team of top builders from MIT, Harvard, and Stanford to define the future of medical AI.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
  • Take full ownership of projects from conception through user impact and measurement
  • Optimize for both user experience excellence and developer velocity
  • Drive continuous improvement in product quality and system performance
  • Collaborate with small team of autonomous builders on high-impact initiatives
  • Contribute to mission-critical systems used in life-or-death medical contexts
