About this role

Oscar is seeking an IT Engineer I to manage enterprise applications and user devices while implementing automation solutions. You'll support Mac OS systems via Jamf, handle SSO integrations with Okta, and maintain cloud-based SaaS services in a hybrid NYC role.

What you'll do

  • Configure and troubleshoot Okta SSO integrations for new applications
  • Manage Mac OS fleet using Jamf for performance and security
  • Automate user identity lifecycle including provisioning and offboarding workflows
  • Build scripts and policies using vendor APIs for Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk
  • Provide operational support including troubleshooting, account management, and log analysis
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency incident response
